• 
  Supervise and delegate tasks to individual QA team members.
• Create a schedule to ensure each Dallas site is appropriately staffed.
• Provide guidance and collaboration to team members for their assigned responsibilities.
• Evaluate team member output in each of their assigned duties to ensure it meets company quality standards.
• Train and assist team members in continued skill set development.
• Train and guide the team in an agile testing environment.
• Contribute to test designs, product testing, process improvement, and process implementation as necessary.
• Help to set QA improvement goals for the team with QA Director.
• Assist in tracking and reporting QA process KPIs.
• Communicate the quality of the testing methodology and execution to the customers.
• Work closely with Delivery and Customer Operations in an effort to anticipate potential problems and take action to mitigate prior to any issues.
• Work onsite across multiple Dallas-Fort Worth locations.

• 
  A degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field and/or five-plus years of mobile device testing or related quality assurance experience.
• Roughly five years of active experience in a QA role throughout development and testing life cycles.
• Previous management experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong leadership and motivational skills.
• Strong desire in achieving excellent customer satisfaction, process improvement, and high-quality deliverables.
• Experience in change management processes preferred.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 QMS and/or ISO 27001 ISO standards is a plus.
