Quality Assurance Analyst Job at FIRST CALL STAFFING
Supports the development and continuous improvement of the quality-management system. Collects data and generates reports for distribution to various users in the organization, customers, or suppliers. Conducts quality analysis; identifies systemic issues, and facilitates effective root-cause analysis and corrective actions. Provides recommendations for issues and/or continuous improvement projects.
Job Description
- Reviews customer portals, bulletins, and indicators (scorecards). Reviews and aggregates data and publishes information to the business.
- Documents inspection results by completing reports and logs; summarizing re-work and waste; inputting data into quality database..
- Maintains safe, secure, and healthy production environment by adhering to organization standards and policies, and to legal regulations; alerting others regarding potential concerns.
- Contributes to production quality and organization success by welcoming related, different, and new requests; helping others accomplish job results.
- All other duties as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
