Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional - QIDP Job at South Texas Community Living

STCLC is currently seeking a mature professional to join our team as a Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP) who will be responsible for the development, coordination, implementation, and monitoring of services provided to persons with intellectual disabilities in an ICF/ID setting, in accordance with ICF/ID standards and regulations.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, Hours: 11AM - 7PM
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Oversight of direct care operations and scheduling in group homes
- Regulatory compliance with ICF/ID standards
- Monitoring of active treatment in group homes
- Liaison to regulatory survey team
- Development and coordination treatment and training plans for each individual on caseload
- Participation as member of Interdisciplinary Team for each individual on caseload
- Communication regularly with family and other outside contacts to ensure continuous care and address concerns
- Specialized documentation
Benefits:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities, required.
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of ICF/ID standards required
