Position Title – Quality Assurance Technician
Location – El Paso Texas USA 79912
Shift - Monday - Friday (6:00 am to 2:00 pm) Availability for Weekends OT.
Pay Rate – $15.00/hr.
Contract Type - Possibility to extend/convert
Contract Length – 6 months
Start Date – ASAP
Job Description-
- QA Technician should monitor production processing via random QA audits
- QA Technician should conduct necessary quality inspections using proper equipment and techniques
- QA Technician should conduct statistical analysis on select processes and report findings
- Assist with problem solving – root cause analysis – corrective actions
- Maintain accurate documentation of quality inspection results
- Ensure incoming materials comply to required specifications
- Ensure outgoing products follow required specifications
- Ensure production personnel are following proper procedure for ongoing production checks
- Assist with training and instruction for production operators in QA measuring procedures
- Development and maintenance of quality procedures and work instructions
- Audit and maintenance of compliance to required quality management system standards
- Provide management with detailed quality reports as required – daily, weekly, monthly, etc.
- Other duties as required by quality management
Skills and Qualifications:
- Ability to work with little supervision
- Experience enforcing SOP and product specifications
- Knowledge in Excel
Experience Requirements-
- Qualified QA Technician should have HS Degree
- Qualified QA Technician should have 1+ year of Quality Assurance experience
