What you will be doing:
- Process the required settlement of the ITM and GL reconciliations, ensuring all machines and GLs are in proof by the allotted time frame.
- As designated, act as a branch key holder.
- Assist branch management with assessing the cash needs of the ITMs.
- Various duties that contribute to running a smooth, efficient ITM operation including, but not limited to proof of GLs, currency counts, and weekly audits.
- Adhere to all operational and dual control processes; maintain high level of integrity and honesty.
- Demonstrate sound decision-making skills
- Order cash and negotiable instruments and control branch inventory under dual control.
- Cover other branch offices when necessary, including supporting the branch with coverage when needed.
What we need from you:
- Internal candidates must have two years Teller experience and ‘Commendable’ or above annual overall performance rating.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, including the ability to handle difficult situations with tact, empathy, and professionalism. Computer literate.
- Detail oriented and able to prioritize multiple demands.
- Proficient knowledge of products, services, policies and procedures and ability to articulate information to members and assist coworkers to resolve member inquiries.
- Computer and math aptitude. High School diploma.
Work From Home Requirements:

- Able to dedicate a quiet space for daily work that is free of sound interruptions.
- All equipment will be provided by Jovia (Computer, Monitor, Headset)
