Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services Aide (PRSA)

Southview Manor is a skilled nursing facility that has 200 beds and multiple levels of care, including long term care and a large behavioral health population.

Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services Aide (PRSA): officially we title this job Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services Aide, but in other centers it may be called a PRSA, Mental or Behavioral Health Aide, Social Services Aide, Psychiatric Aide.

• Ideally - prior experience as a PRSA in healthcare center preferred
• High School diploma or GED equivalent required
• CNA with a minimum of 1 year experience preferred
• Experience with Point Click Care (PCC) is also helpful
• Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment physical and criminal history background check
• We follow the CMS & IDPH rules for the Covid-19 vaccine. You should be fully vaccinated or you will be required to submit an exemption. Details will be discussed during your interview.
