Liberty Healthcare Corporation seeks an experienced human services professional for a new full-time Quality Onsite Provider Review Manager position.

This is a key position which will support Liberty Healthcare Corporation’s partnership with the State of Nebraska’s Department of Health and Human Services Division of Developmental Disabilities.

The downstream impact of this role will impact the quality of home and community based services provided to a significant number of people who experience disabilities and the aging population.

This is a key leadership role which will be responsible for leading a team which conducts onsite reviews of HCBS providers to ensure services are person-centered and consistent with best practices. Specific responsibilities include:

  • Leading, managing, training and supervising a geographically dispersed field-based team of fifteen professionals (Quality Reviewers, Data Analyst and Administrative Assistant)
  • Managing workflows and scheduling provider reviews / consultations
  • Ensuring the quality of the provider reviews
  • Developing provider report cards
  • Monitoring Quality Reviewer performance and ensuring interrater reliability
  • Analyzing data, detecting trends and making recommendations for improvements
  • Accompanying teams on provider reviews throughout the State of Nebraska
  • Leading quality improvement initiatives
  • Championing person-centered practices and providing technical assistance and training to providers

This position will allow you to primarily work remotely from your home office - however you will be required to work in person onsite in an office in Lincoln and also travel to provider locations throughout Nebraska (statewide travel estimated at 25%).

To qualify for this position, you should possess the following attributes:

  • Five or more years of experience conducting health and human services quality reviews
  • Experience supporting people who have intellectual and developmental disabilities, traumatic brain injuries, or the aging population
  • Effective communication verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelors degree
  • Experience supervising / managing staff
  • Knowledge of person-centered practices for people who have an intellectual or other developmental disability
