Since 1963, The DePaul Management Company has designed, built, and currently manages, several shopping centers, commercial office buildings, and 17 apartment communities consisting of approximately 4,000 units.
Currently, we are seeking a full-time Property Manager/Leasing Consultant for our Center City luxury high-rise in Philadelphia, The Residences at Dockside.

- Excellent salary plus commission.

What we are looking for:
- Polished professional with proven experience in a sales or retail environment
- Exceptional sales skills, with the gift to close sales
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Detailed oriented perspective and follow through capabilities.
- A desire to help people
- A candidate who can work 9:00am-6:00pm Tuesday through Saturday
The ideal candidate will:
- Effectively market the property to perspective residents from initial contact to occupancy, than while they are residents as well
- Maintain high occupancy levels by demonstrating the value in our community to prospective residents.
- Successfully lease apartments by meeting customers' needs.
- Evaluate the needs of our customers by customizing the sales presentation to each perspective
- Promote positive and “customer-centric” resident relations by working to make the living experience, and every interaction, of the highest quality.
- Prior Leasing Experience a Plus!
