Project Superintendent Job at NorthSouth Construction
North South Construction, Inc. is a family owned and operated General Contractor in the Richmond area. Established in 2000 we specialize in large scale commercial and hospitality spaces. Our past experience includes hotels, medical offices, child care facilities, multi-use spaces, and tenant upfits. We are looking to expand and searching for someone to join our North South team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience with tons of growth opportunity!
Responsiblities Include:
-Manage a team of workers, including work schedules, project progress, and resource allocation.
-Collaborate with Project Managers, clients, and other management to determine budgets, and timelines.
-Coordinate material and equipment deliveries with vendors and suppliers.
-Maintain daily logs for the job site's operations. reporting to management as neccessary.
-Make changes in the operation as neccessary to best meet construction deadlines.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
