You will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring deliverables meet client expectations. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business objectives and define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, consultants, and stakeholders, to ensure successful project execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and provide timely status updates to clients and senior management.
• Manage project resources effectively, including assigning tasks, providing guidance, and resolving any conflicts or issues.
• Ensure adherence to project methodologies and best practices, utilizing Agile/Scrum or other relevant frameworks.
• Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct project assessments and post-implementation reviews to identify areas of improvement and lessons learned.

Requirements:

• US Citizenship is required.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, specifically in ServiceNow implementations or similar IT consulting projects.
• Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its capabilities.
• Proficient in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to drive projects to successful completion.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets, resources, and timelines effectively.

Preferred Skills:

• ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) or Project Management Professional (PMP).
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and practices.
• Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) and ITIL practices.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
