Job Title IAM Project Manager

Location 2x per week at Inselin, NJ location

The manager is responsible for building out a new function called IAM Mergers & Acquisitions team, that will handle M&A through acquisition pipeline incl all IAM needs from the time they're acquired through the many months/year that they are integrated into Citizens. This includes access mgmt, identity mgmt, PAM

• He needs the PM to be able to build, be process-driven, and help him build the required functions to onboard these acquired banks/companies
• IAM experience is very important, although they do not have to be technically strong, they need to know how IAM technologies are applied
• Not fully remote, 2x per week is the standard for this group- they do workshops on-site together on the same days
• Technologies in the group: Visio, Excel, MS Office Suite, Jira, ServiceNow
• Needs to be process-driven, superior leadership calls, drive adoption, results-oriented
• Facilitate meetings, prepare presentations, resolve conflicts
• Project planning
• Looking for someone with both agile and waterfall experience- experience with Project is good
• Echoed familiarty with IAM technologies for this role too ( (Okta, Azure, SalePoint, Savient, CyberArc, BeyondTrust)
• PMP is required

Job Description

• Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related discipline
• PMP Certification
• 5+ years of experience managing projects
• Experience with IAM technologies (Okta, Azure, SalePoint, Savient, CyberArc, BeyondTrust)
• Ability to develop project plans, manage individual deadlines and goals
• Knowledge of project metrics, including gathering, reporting, trend analysis, creation, and metrics
• Ability to identify issues and problems, generate solutions, and choose appropriate alternatives using basic root cause analysis
• Experience with all MS Office applications, MS Project, and/or Visio
• Experience with Jira and ServiceNow

Responsibilities:

• Assisting with driving adoption of new IAM M&A department buildout
• Facilitating the ownership and outcomes of assignments for acquisition integration
• Developing integrated baseline project plans, applying estimating models, identifying resources and skills required, documenting estimating assumptions, refining plans, and managing performance against them
• Recommending best solutions based on understanding of business issues
• Providing task-based schedule and cost forecasts and assisting in assessing risk-based provisions
• Capturing and tracking program metrics and performing analysis
• Managing project scope by assessing requirements changes, determining, and conveying impact on budget, time, and risk
• Managing client expectations, anticipating operational and tactical risks, and tracking them
• Clarifying, identifying, and tracking requirements and issues, removing barriers, resolving minor project issues, and escalating to immediate manager where required
• Managing project closure initiatives, such as client satisfaction surveys and closure analysis
• Documenting and archiving project activities, deliverables, tools, and findings for future projects

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $110,000.00 per year
