Project Manager Job at Continental Finance Company

Continental Finance Company specializes in credit card options for those consumers with less than perfect credit. We are seeking a Project Manager to support our Operations team.
The Project Manager will oversee business projects and ensure completion within timeframes. This individual will manage the planning and administration of multiple projects from concept to completion.
***CFC offers a hybrid work schedule which includes three (3) core days in the office (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) and two (2) remote workdays (Monday and Friday)***
Essential Functions
- Responsible for all stages and initiatives in handling multiple projects from origination to project planning and implementation
- Responsible for developing Business Requirement Documents to insure project definition
- Assists with the coordination of resources to ensure effective project execution
- Monitors the project plan obligations regarding specifications, quality, costs, and timeframes as projects progress
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Formulate reports concerning such areas as work progress, costs, and scheduling
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience working with business projects
- Credit card experience is highly valued
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong ability to multi-task and adapt to changing demands
- Ability to communicate effectively across various departments
- Knowledge of business management principles, practices, and procedures
- Experience managing timelines and budgets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
