As a Barclays PMO analyst, you will ensure initiative delivery is managed efficiently and effectively, and in line with relevant policies and standards. The Program Integration Office helps shape the Portfolio by driving alignment to Strategy and Value, facilitating discovery and solidifying Change Definition, managing bank wide capacity planning and prioritization, leading the quality delivery of bank wide and technology change, and defining the organizational change methodology and governance model.

What will you be doing?

• Maintaining a future focus (Effective management of Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies aka RAIDS)
• Building trusted relationships with key stakeholders to resolve RAID early and solve complex problems
• Seeking out and solve problems to help Project Manager (PM)/Program Manager keep outcomes on track
• Driving continuous improvement by advocating for efficient and effective change management in line with Policies and Standards
• Applying judgment and analytical thinking to operate effectively in a complex and changing environment
• Supporting the PM/ Program Manager day to day with insight as well as clear and frequent communication

What we’re looking for:

• Demonstrated ability to assist with business case, outcome roadmap, financial summary, and workforce summary
• Experience with weekly and monthly project reporting and project closure
• Innovative while striving for solutions oriented approaches
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Skills that will help you in the role:

• Experience with portfolio level status reporting
• Ability to compile project financial reports and maintain resource forecasts
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
