Project Architect Job at Studio Lyew
Studio Lyew seeks a Project Architect with residential experience. Full-time or part-time schedule available. We work remotely with in-person meetings as needed. Applicants must reside in the DC metropolitan area. Commercial experience a plus but not required. You will work on all aspects of a projects from initial existing measurements/schematic design through construction to final completion. Required Experience
- 5+ years, able to work independently and coordinate with consultants
- Licensed in DC, MD or VA, and experienced with obtaining permits.
- Revit
- Sketchup or other 3D visualization skills
- Hand sketching
- Available for site visits
