Sway is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Programmatic Media Trader to help drive our growth in programmatic channels. The right fit’ll have a keen understanding of programmatic development and management via demand-side platforms, and too, have a handle on pixel & tag creation. They’ll work closely with our Media Director, Media Buyers/Planners, and Strategists to help our clients achieve their goals through omnichannel paid media. This is a fully-remote, US based role.


Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience executing programmatic media campaigns within an agency or client-side setting
  • Knowledge and experience performing end-to-end campaign execution including planning, setup, campaign structure, optimization, reporting and billing
  • Worked in a self-service environment with experience in third-party ad servers and DSPs, like Google Campaign Manager, DV360, and The Trade Desk. Trade Desk experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence in making data based decisions
  • A working knowledge and proficiency with pixel creation, tag placement and management for tracking purposes
  • Experience with web analytics tools/data such as Google Analytics and others
  • Ability to pull insights from that data that are meaningful and measurable for our clients
  • Comfortable presenting and translating information to key stakeholders and clients
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a detail oriented mindset
  • A well rounded knowledge of other digital media is a plus

Core Responsibilities:

  • Work with our in-house team to craft makesense and malleable paid media plans that are effective and tailored to identified audiences including strategic tactical recommendations
  • Oversee all programmatic purchasing and management within SWAY’s self-service DSP including management of ad servers
  • Handle day-to-day account management including optimization, testing environments, audience creation, data brokering, etc.
  • Assist in managing the execution of operational tasks including budget adherence, spend reallocation, trafficking, and billing
  • Help compile comprehensive but digestible reporting for clients on the return on their investment
  • Monitor multiple campaigns, identify positive and negative trends, and recommend adjustments
  • Contribute to the development of best practices to improve our campaigns by keeping up with trends, tools, and successes within the industry

  • Health Plan. All employees are eligible to enroll in one of (3) Group HMO Optima Health Plans; with Sway covering 80% of employee’s cost and 50% of your dependents
  • Dental Insurance. Sway pays 100% of employee’s United Concordia Dental Plan
  • Yearly bonuses. Unless otherwise stated, you will be eligible to receive a year-end bonus based on your performance, to be determined in Sway’s full discretion. Payment of bonuses is on the second paycheck of November each year. Additional bonuses may be awarded throughout the year based on your own (including your efforts in generating new business via your own relationships) and the company’s performance, to be determined at Sway’s discretion
