Central MN Mental Health Center has an opportunity in our Intensive Residential Treatment Services (IRTS) Program for a Full-Time Program Manager. The IRTS Program Manager is an active member of the treatment team and is ultimately responsible for and evaluates the treatment services required by the Rule 36 Variance for Intensive Residential Treatment. This position works as the Treatment Director while providing Clinical Supervision and oversight to IRTS staff. The Duties may include but are not limited to:
- Ensure that the supervision requirements in the IRTS variance are provided
- Ensure each recipient will be provided rehabilitative services that are medically necessary, using individualized treatment interventions that are based on the recipient’s assessed needs
- Coordination of IRTS referrals and intakes
- Evaluate the treatment services required under IRTS variance
The starting salary for each application will be based on years of experience for the position. This position requires scheduling flexibility that may include evenings and weekend shifts.
COVID-19 Vaccination not required
- Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
- Licensed Mental Health Professional as defined in 9505.0371 Minnesota Rule, Subp. 5A.
- Clearance from DHS and sexual exploitations screening
- Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
- Maintain First Aid and CPR Certification.
- Must be 18 Years Old
