The Arc Lexington is looking for an experienced Program Manager to motivate and energize our Day Program Direct Support Staff (DSP) and provide oversight. The Program Manager is responsible for regulatory functions and daily program activities including assisting with the development of wellness activities. In addition, the Program Manager will assist the Assistant Director to provide an environment in which the people we support can succeed, be challenged and learn to their fullest potential.
Qualifications
Minimum of 4 years of supervisory experience working with people with developmental disabilities is required.
Bachelor's degree in Human Services is preferred.
A valid NYS driver's license that meets Agency standards is required.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily billing through Lexington's billing system
Coordinate and monitor the quality and appropriateness of programming and supports being provided.
Provide day to day operational supervision and administrative support to the Assistant Director.
Assist with internal investigations and ensure appropriate follow-up
Ensure programs areas are maintained as "survey ready" at all times
Provide direct care supports as needed
