Program Manager
Food and Drug Administration (FDA)
The EnProVera Corporation is seeking a Program Manager to lead a multi-project contract at the Food and Drug Administration. The Program Manager is responsible for organizing, directing, and managing all aspects of contract operational support functions involving multiple complex and inter-related project tasks that often require managing teams of contractor personnel at multiple locations.
Basic Position Responsibilities: (See Job Description for complete information)
- Provide overall direction of program activities.
- Manage and maintain interface with the senior levels of the customer’s organization.
- Consult with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverables, ensuring conformance with program and project task schedules and costs and contractual obligations.
- Establish and maintain technical and financial reports to show progress of projects to management and customers, organize and assign responsibilities to subordinates, and oversee the successful completion of all assigned tasks.
- Supervise team of project managers. Will have direct responsibility managing discrete projects within portfolio.
- Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize progress of program. Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project.
- Lead strategic planning, budgeting, and staffing efforts in response to program requirements.
- Monitor progress and resolves any identified issues affecting successful product/service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with all administrative and contractual requirements.
- Serve as primary point-of-contact with government contract and program management staff for reporting program status.

- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- Project Management Professional certification
- 10 years of project management experience.
- Ability to manage in accordance with the Project Management Book of Knowledge (PMBOK) standards.
Physical Demands:
- Hybrid work environment of telework (estimated 70%) and on-site (estimated 30%) at the FDA’s Silver Spring, MD campus.
Required Security:
- Permanent Residency or US Citizenship is required to pass a government sponsored background investigation.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Government Public Trust security clearance.
