Youth Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) is a voluntary program designed to provide in-home mental health support and services to youth and their families who have mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis. CCS helps individuals live their best lives by providing client-centered and selected services tailored to their unique needs including case management, therapy, mentoring, and other services as needed to meet self-identified goals.

The Program Director is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the CCS program, including providing direct supervision to staff, assuring contractual guidelines and policies/procedures are met, and overseeing quality assurance and improvement. This role will also provide clinical supervision and oversight for the team to deliver targeted services so the consumers can overcome barriers, growing through the CCS program to meet their goals.

Competencies:

• Provide clinical guidance, consultation, recommendations, and support to staff through individual, group, and side-by-side supervision and document staff clinical supervision as required by DHS 36
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to provide effective staff coaching and training
• Experience with and ability to coach staff providing services through person-centered and Trauma-Informed Care lenses; training and experience with DBT to fidelity, preferred
• Excellent organization and time management skills, ability to work well independently, attention to detail and accuracy, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Demonstrate an understanding, practice, and leadership of cultural humility and the ability to work well with individuals from diverse economic, racial, and ethnic backgrounds and LGBTQ+ identities
• Knowledgeable in Medicaid and community resources
• Excellent assessment skills & oral and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Word, and Excel), web-enabled databases, and computer file systems

Requirements:

• Master’s degree from an accredited school in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
• State of Wisconsin Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) OR State of Wisconsin Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) OR State of Wisconsin Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Minimum of two years of experience providing services to adults with significant mental health, substance abuse, or co-occurring needs
• Leadership and program management experience
• Pre-employment background check
• Valid driver’s license and automobile with insurance
