Program Coordinator Job at Morehouse School Of Medicine
The Program Coordinator for the Office of Faculty Affairs and Development and serve as an liaison to Academic Departments. This position will provide administrative support as needed. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, proactive, dynamic, and able to build strong and positive relationships with stakeholders.
- This is an onsite position
The Responsibilities will include:
- Providing dedicated support to the Office of Faculty Affairs and Development.
- Serve as an liaison to Academic Departments supporting the successful and timely completion of faculty appointment, reappointment, and promotions packets
- Participate in the continuous quality improvement of existing faculty affairs and development programs
- Support the creation, implementation, and monitoring of new faculty affairs and development programs.
- Support the gathering of data, collaborating where appropriate across the institution to support accreditation and research initiatives.
- Support various reporting and communication needs of the Office of Faculty Affairs and Development and will maintain the appropriate level of confidentiality as it relates to the programs and functions of the office.
- Provides support to the Program Manager and the Dean for Faculty Affairs and Development.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Dean for Faculty Affairs and Development.
Minimum Qualifications
Associate’s Degree from a regionally accredited college or university and 1-2 years of experience in administration. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Adminitration, Management or Education, from a regionally accredited college or university is preferred.
Demonstrated proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
Demonstrated strong problem solving, rational thinking, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated strong written and oral communication skills.
Demonstrated strong project and time management skills and capability to handle multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Adminitration, Management or Education, from a regionally accredited college or university is preferred.
