Production Worker (Coater, Rubber & Slitter Operators) – 2nd Shift or 3rd Shift

Multiple openings are available: 15

• 2nd Shift (9 Openings): Mon – Fri, 2:30pm – 11pm $18.70/hr + $0.75 shift premium
• 3rd Shift (6 Openings): Sun – Thur., 10:30pm – 7am $18.70/hr + $1.00 shift premium

Role Descriptions:

Coater Operator is responsible for operating an Adhesive Coating oven to produce a pressure sensitive adhesive tape. Must pass and be certified in Static and Grounding as well as Bonding training. Coaters receive a premium of $1.00/hr after 90 days of training.

Rubber Operator is responsible for calendaring batches of material according to process sheet/customer specifications. Operators take milled material and place into calendar to form continuous roll of rubber while ensuring the material is within customer/quality specifications.

Slitter Operator is responsible for the converting of Jumbo rolls of Extruded Tapes and Films to smaller rolls as well as operating a rewind slitter to convert tape to customer specification and order.

** Part-time positions available (If Applicable)

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent is required

• While prior manufacturing experience is preferred, we will provide on-the-job training for qualified applicants.

• Must be able to read and interpret drawings, use simple math and use basic hand held measuring tools.

• Physical demands include lifting 25-50lbs.

• Positions may require further qualifications
