The Production Team Leader position here at EW Grobbel requires an individual who possesses the ability to monitor and administer employee training, motivating employees to achieve their maximum quality and productivity, while measuring and documenting employee performance providing information to upper level supervisors. The qualified candidate must demonstrate leadership and efficient time management. The applicant must be a fast learner while observing and enforcing all company personnel, quality, safety, and food safety policies.
Key Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years in an advanced manufacturing position
- Industrial machine operation experience
- Associates degree or higher, preferred, or equivalent work experience
- Able to work in changing environmental conditions (such as temperature and noise)
- Able to work with and handle raw meat
- Able to stand for prolonged periods of time
- Be able to lift a minimum of 35 lbs.
- Position is 100% on Plant Floor
