Production Team Lead
$20.16/Hour + $1.25 Shift Premium
3rd Shift 11pm-7am

RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Provide leadership to all teams and follow / enforce safety guidelines
· Provide production associates with needed training and orientation to the department and job
· Inspect parts for quality per standard and enforce quality guidelines
· Work effectively with team members to trouble shoot quality and/or production issues
· Change machines over, perform needed preventative maintenance and keep abreast of how to run new parts and operate new machine innovation
· Know different types of material in department and to make sure everyone follows Kanban system
· Complete department paperwork and required training programs as well as keeping areas organized with 5S principles
REQUIREMENTS:
· Able to perform work responsibilities safety and ability to follow all safety rules and regulations
· High School Diploma or GED is required and at least 2 years manufacturing experience
· Must have less than or equal to 2.5 attendance points and no corrective actions within past 6 months
· Attention to detail and ability to manage projects in a timely manner
