We are currently looking for a fulltime Production Supervisor to join the 2nd Shift Production team. The Ideal Candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, a desire to learn and grow in responsibility, and a strong work ethic.
Summary of Operating Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: • College degree plus 2 – 3 years’ supervisory experience and/or equivalent experience preferred. • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with customers, and the ability to convey a positive and professional image of service and support to employees at all levels of responsibility in the Company. • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills required particularly in oral format. • Ability to lead and develop employees.

- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of Managers, clients, customers, and employees. • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. • Ability to troubleshoot, define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. • Ability to use Microsoft Office software (Word, Outlook, and Excel spreadsheet applications).
- Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
