Production/Laminator
SmartTalent is hiring for an outdoor adventure company for Laminator positions in their production plant located in Monroe. Ideal candidate will have some experience in Production along with an upbeat and positive attitude. These are full time, temp to hire positions.
PAY: $18.23 - $21.27 DOE
TITLE & SHIFT: Production / Days Shift and Swing Shift
LOCATION: Monroe, WA
SCHEDULE:
Days:Mon - Fri 6am - 230pm
Swing: Mon-Fri 2:45pm- 11:15pm

General Responsibilities:
- Check data book for appropriate mandrel size and material order
- Place material and mandrel on rolling table
- Use appropriate supplies to prevent sticking
- Roll mandrels on rolling table making sure material is set tight and placed correctly
- Press both buttons at the same time keeping hands clear
- Place finished shafts on cart
- Cook completed mandrels in water cooker
- Inspect cooked shafts for quality
- Clean mandrels using mandrel cleaner
- Follow specific work instructions, documentation and training for this process
- Utilize tools and equipment to do the job
- Keep area clean and organized at all times
- Maintain attendance according to Company attendance policy
- This is an outline of job responsibilities- other duties as assigned

Skills:
- Lifting, twisting, and bending occasionally

- Prior manufacturing or production experience a plus
