Production managers need to oversee the production process and coordinates all activities to ensure enough resources are on hand. Production managers are responsible for overseeing and controlling every stage of roofing installations or repairs to residential and commercial properties, including planning, organizing, and overseeing the daily activities of multiple production crews. Represent the company in a professional manner in all dealings with customers, personnel and the public.
Job Requirements:
1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management.
2. Demonstrated effective supervisory skills. Ability to motivate and direct the actions of others.
3. Experience in project costing and planning. (Preferred but not mandatory)
4. Excellent knowledge of roofing techniques and materials
5. Outstanding communication skills.
6. Proven ability to work under minimal direct supervision.
7. Possess a thorough knowledge of roofing/construction safety standards.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
