REPORTS TO: Executive Pastor of Creative Arts
SCHEDULE: Sunday-Thursday (some weekends and special events may be required)
Position Summary:
Christian Life Center is a South Florida Pentecostal Church that strives to impact our community and world for Christ! We are a people and a church that take a Message of Hope everywhere we go, to everyone we meet.
Our production needs have expanded, and we are seeking a talented Media Production Coordinator that we can add to our team as they use their gifts to serve our congregation. The Tech Production Coordinator is responsible for maintaining and supporting all technical equipment for weekend services including live tech support during services and special events. This position is also responsible for weekly new and continuing volunteer system training and support for all multi-site campuses.
This position requires someone with strong technical production skills, administrative knowledge, can effectively communicate with others, is digitally organized and can follow through with details and process implementation. This position includes weekend services, occasional evening availability for both life department events and volunteer connection, special events and flexible office hours.
The ideal candidate is one who has received Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord. He/she shall be a person of spiritual maturity and leadership abilities that will allow him/her to serve in their gifting.
REQUIREMENTS & SKILLSET:
- Love for God: Personal, vibrant, and loving relationship with Jesus Christ
- Compatibility: Ability to work with and maintain positive relationships with those inside and outside the church
- Bachelors, Associates, or Technical Degree in a relevant field and 2+ years’ experience or…
- 4+ years of experience in live production environments
Responsibilities are not limited to, but include:
Equipment Maintenance
● Create and maintain technical schematics for all campuses
● Maintain Inventory of production hardware and software licenses
● Stock campuses with backup hardware
● Manage department equipment ordering and purchase orders
● Maintain schedule of maintenance for multi-site production equipment
Team Training
● Conduct weekly MxU and hands on Hardware training sessions for volunteers
● Update MxU playlists and trainees as needed
● Manage Planning Center Training, Scheduling, and Workflows
● Coordinate with Central Production Director to keep record of volunteer lists, equipment & training needs
Video Projects
● Assist Video Producer in filming and editing service and podcast video resources
Special Events
● Execute excellent services by serving in various production positions
● Schedule and manage LED and other technical equipment installation ● Schedule setup/teardown and technical support
● Assist Central Production Director with weekly operations
Attributes & skills required:
● Technical production experience
● Proficient in Mac OS required
● Ability to work with tight deadlines and maintain composure under pressure
● Strong digital organization skills
● Willingness to learn
● Ability to think creatively and strategically while taking initiative
● Physically able to lift at least 30lbs to move, install and maintain equipment

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
