What will you do?
Coordinate work orders when they are ready for production. You will also maintain inventory counts based on manufacturing demands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate work orders when they are ready for production.
- Maintain inventory highs/lows based on established manufacturing demands
- Organize tool & forge division documents and files.
- General clerical tasks and other duties as assigned.
- Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
What are we looking for?
We're looking for engaged individuals that are adaptable to a changing environment, take pleasure in learning and enjoy working with others.
Key Competencies:
- Must have 3-5 years of manufacturing environment experience (Ex: planning, purchasing, expediting, etc.)
- Must have 3-5 years of production control experience
- Must have good computer skills, with emphasis on Microsoft Excel. Experience with AS400 a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, in English
- Organized, detail oriented, and good clerical skills
- Strong multitasking skills
- Ability to maintain confidential information
- Ability to work in a team setting
- Ability to work in a non climate-controlled shop environment
- Ability to use and wear personal protective equipment
- Accuracy
- Reliability
