Summary:

• Candidates with experience in Manual tools, power tools, basic measurement equipment, if they have engine experience that would be great.
• Fabrication experience would be perfect.
• Operates machines and production equipment in accordance with quality and productivity requirements safely in a manufacturing environment with limited guidance.
• in this area technicians rotate within the work stations in this area.
• Operations include power wash cleaning of cranks and cylinder blocks.
• Detailed inspection of crankshafts. Use of basic polishing machine.
• Manual cleaning of cylinder block surfaces, and threaded holes, using power tools and abrasives.
• Detailed inspection of the cylinder block.
• Use of cranes and basic measurement equipment (bore gauges, micrometers).
• Follow documented instructions.
• Record process results as needed.
• More skilled operator in this area will operate a milling machine.
• Support problem solving investigations.
• All of above while following all HSE requirements.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
• This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
