Production Associate Job at Steve Madden
Dolce Vita Footwear, a woman's fashion footwear manufacturer, is seeking a full time Footwear Production Associate to support our website.
We are a high energy, fashion driven company and are looking for an organized, hardworking, self-motivated person to join our production team.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Daily internal communication with our web and marketing teams as well as external communication with our overseas factories.
- Wip entry and maintenance
- Weekly inventory and selling review. Generate reorders as needed
- Work through factory delays & shortages and advise the factory of revised shipping instructions as needed
- Miscellaneous production support
- Extreme attention to detail
- 2-3 years' experience in production/customer service
- Willing to take initiative and exercise strong problem solving skills
- Ability to work well in a collaborative environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel and Outlook required
- Experience with ERP systems a plus
- Ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines in a high pressure environment
