We are currently searching for a 2nd shift Flexographic Press Operator for our Schaumburg, IL location. Responsibilities:

We are currently searching for a 2nd shift Flexographic Press Operator for our Schaumburg, IL location.
Setup the operation of flexographic printing press
Ensures all product quality, safety and production standards are met
Ensures all product quality, safety and production standards are met
Complete documentation accurately
Change and install print cylinders and anilox rolls
Change deck parts and ink pumps Set print cylinders into register
Check proper tension settings, verify repeat lengths, minimize curling, correct adhesive weights, and roll appearance and colors are correct
Use QC tools to test protocols and monitor quality
Monitor and complete viscosity control and log
Change and install print cylinders and anilox rolls

Qualifications:
- 3-5 years as a printing assistant or operator.
- Must have mindset to work safely.
- Must be able to work in a moderate to loud environment (PPE provided).
- Position involves bending, twisting, reaching overhead, kneeling.
- Must be able to correctly match colors.
- Must be able to lift up to 35lbs. unassisted
- Must be able to work 2nd shift (5 p.m. - 5 a.m.).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
