Responsibilities range from:

• Practicing safe food preparation procedures
• Prepping fresh vegetables, meats, sauces, and dressings by specification
• Proper labeling and storage of prepared items
• Assembling prepped food items
• Maintain organization and sanitary standards thorough the shift
• Ensure food quality through visual and taste testing means
• Routine and deep cleaning your area, daily
• Showing up to work on time, in proper uniform
• Working as a team, and helping your teammates succeed
• Execute prep lists efficiently, daily
• Setting up and breaking down your station

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in cooking, culinary arts, or other related fields
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques
• Strong attention to detail
• Recipe adherence
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work well in teams
