We are looking for kitchen candidates with a passion for scratch cooking who are proud of the product that they send to the table. Thriving in a fast paced environment and having fun is crucial for success!

Responsibilities:

• Cooking and producing high quality Cajun dishes in a scratch kitchen
• Working with a team to ensure every guest has a great time at Cajun Steamer
• Maintaining prep levels, prep specifications, and recipe integrity
• Daily kitchen maintenance of equipment and facilities
• Training new team members diligently
• Maintaining safe food safety practices at all times
• Implementing COS management procedures
