PMO Staffing Lead Job at Booz Allen Hamilton
The Opportunity:
The Department of Veterans Affairs Clinical, Health & Corp, Benefits, and Security (CHCBS) PMO is looking to build a Staffing Management team within the PMO to staff and grow the delivery team to support a recent win and ongoing task orders that support the medical care of United States veterans.
In this role as a Centralized Staffing Lead, you will help develop standardizations as part of a team of Staffing Specialists to support portfolio hiring for the Health Services DevSecOps (HDSO) and Health Integration and Modernization (HI&M) portfolios. You will work with Program Managers, Hiring Leads, Leadership, and potential Subcontracting partners to hire, forecast, and plan for future talent needs. This position is open to remote delivery anywhere within the U.S., to include the District of Columbia.
You Have:
2+ years of experience in staffing, outreach, talent management, talent acquisition, finance, process development and improvement, or project management
Experience using staffing or HRIS systems, including MS Powers Apps, Smartsheet, Workday, or Gemstone
Experience in recommending staffing strategy based on job leader's description of need for the program
Ability to help track staffing needs and future demand for certain skillsets across the programs
Ability to draft and manage requisitions for the programs
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
Associate's degree

Experience working with the VA
Experience working in commercial or Federal Health Care systems
Experience in a leadership role and liaising with multiple subcontracting partners on findings and supporting talent
Experience working with project teams, including project managers, scrum masters, cyber, DevOps, Agile, or engineering workforces
Ability to establish and document standard operating procedure
Possession of strong organizational skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $48,200 to $109,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position, and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
