Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) salary range $30/hr-$32/hr commensurate with experience.
Registered Nurse (RN) salary range $38/hr-$40/hr commensurate with experience.

PM Admission Nurse Job Qualifications:
Must have current and active license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) in Wisconsin.
PM Admission Nurse Job Overview:
The PM Admission Nurse position requires exceptional time management in a fast-paced environment. The PM Admission Nurse will work closely with the Admissions Director and PM Nurse Supervisor to ensure all new or returning patients have a smooth admission.
PM Admissions Nurse Job Duties:
- Place patient info into CRM system on waiting list.
- Forward admission notification email to all leadership in facility, and appropriate financial support team members.
- Create admission notification document and distribute to internal team: Administrator, DON, and Nurse working the unit of new admit.
- Bring them the referral packet as well as to the front desk.
- Check room readiness.
- If any special equipment is needed, be sure these items are in the patient’s room prior to admission.
- Upon admission, meet patient in the room immediately.
- Notify all team members of the patient’s arrival and their name.
- Introduce patient to call light, show tv operation, room number, phone number to facility and orientate to surroundings.
- Process for new admissions (ex: name tags, stickers, admit board)
- On-call rotation
