We have an exciting opportunity for a Residential Installer/Plumber to join our growing team. We are a RainSoft Dealer expanding our office in Raleigh . We are looking for someone with the necessary technical qualifications of course, but more importantly. . .someone who is ready to be a leader in our company. We want someone with a positive, get-the-job-done attitude who enjoys talking with our customers about the work you do and our industry-leading products.
Specifically, we are looking for a residential installer/service plumber for the only authorized RainSoft Water Treatment sales and service dealer in the area. Key responsibilities include: installing and servicing equipment; diagnosing and repairing equipment. Work is primarily ¾" plumbing.
We are looking someone with plumbing experience. Additional job training specific to our products will be provided.
This position requires you to be skilled at, and enjoy working independently, communicating system operation and maintenance needs to customers, working in a detail-oriented fashion, and working to exceed our customers' expectations. We don't just get the job done- we work hard to create raving fans who will go out and tell others about the great products and service they received at every level of the company.
Work days are Monday-Friday and some weekends. Hours vary by day based on jobs.
Must have a clean driver's license and be able to pass a background check.
