We are seeking Licensed Plumbers to join our growing team. You put in the hours, took all the tests, and now it’s time to get rewarded for your efforts.
Harts Plumbing Service Experts
- Evaluates customer plumbing/sewer situation, develops multi-option proposals/estimates, presents to customers using the Harts service process.
- Completes service plumbing work.
- Understands service criteria and is accountable for revenue goals.
Harts Plumbing Install Experts
- Evaluates customer plumbing installation; develops a plan of action from sold/agreed-upon estimate and presents to customers using the Harts service process.
- Completes plumbing and other related in-home installations.
- Understands install criteria and is accountable for completing jobs on time and under budget.
Requirements:
- PL01, PL02, or PL04 License or 4000+ hours w/ LNI
- Valid Driver's License with clean driving record Required
Benefits:
- Competitive Salary: up to $175,000/yr - $65/hr. + Bonuses for Install Plumbers, $35/hr. + Commission and Bonuses for Service Plumbers
