About the Position

• Accountable for the planning and assisting execution of assigned downtimes
• Develop estimates and manage work orders in SAP
• Validate turnaround scope is complete and assist scope inputter prior to turnaround milestone.
• Assist Turnaround MTL with the development of execution plans (e.g., Safety, Quality, Materials Management, Plot Plans, etc.)
• Develop work packs, liaise with HES, Operations, QAQC, etc. to finalize, review and improve work pack quality.
• Assist in the identification of high-risk discoveries and the development of contingency plans
• Ensure plans are detailed appropriately in Primavera and SAP.
• Perform pre-TA work, including work pack walk-downs, material distribution and final area review.
• Perform constructability reviews and assist in schedule optimizations workshops.
• Steward management of TA information, including Salesforce, SharePoint, Shared folders, etc.
• Document all lessons learned from all Phases of turnaround planning.
• Adopt digital tools as rolled out for use and provide feedback to product owners.

Required Skills/ Abilities

• Strong knowledge of the turnaround processes and ability to collaborate with diverse groups during periods well in advance of execution.
• Working knowledge turnaround deliverables such as Front-End Loading and Shutdown Cleanup Startup to aid the Core Team in meeting the turnaround milestones.
• A working knowledge of Microsoft office tools and Salesforce; generation and use of reporting features; use of Risk Register, Lessons Learned, Action Item Tracker.
• Understanding of Engineering Work Order receipt and workflows with regards to turnaround process

Education and Experience

• SAP experience required
• A working knowledge of Primavera is desirable
• Experience working in chemical plants and refineries

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to walk down equipment in the field for an entire day when needed
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
