Pipe Fitters & Welders Job at Westaff
Are you an experienced Pipe Welder Fitter looking to get into a shop and out of the elements? Premiere Vessel and Structural Fabrication Shop in the Abita Springs, LA is looking to add multiple Welder Fitters to their team NOW!
Pay: $18.00-$25.00/hr depending on experience and weld/fit test
Hours: 6:00 am - 4:30 pm, Monday thru Friday and some weekends required (Must be flexible)
Pipe Welder Fitter Responsibilities:
- MIG, TIG and Fluxcore 3G Welding experience
- Read and interpret specifications, measurements and blue prints
- Use jigs and fixtures to perform simple to highly complex fitting and welding assignments
- Check and inspect welds
- Experience in Vessel, Structural and new fabrication a must
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
