Job Description
We are currently hiring to fulfill the needs of our growing practice! We are seeking a Physical Therapy Department Manager to provide skilled clinical services while also leading the growth and development of the company's physical therapy department. The ideal candidate should have strong clinical skills, excellent verbal communication skills, proficient time management skills, and the ability to be a team player. We highly regard ambition, creativity, and teamwork. There are fantastic opportunities for growth within the company and a clinical ladder system is in place to recognize each clinician’s commitment to being a continued, integral part of the team.
This position is split between our OXFORD and BRANFORD locations. Position has capability of transitioning to solely one of the two offices (if desired) as the physical therapy team grows. With this position, candidate will be joining the company's highly motivated leadership team!
Job Requirements
