We are looking for a Physical Therapist to join our team and provide physical and rehabilitation medicine services to our geriatric patients. The ideal candidate will have experience in the field and be able to assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for patients. The successful candidate will also be able to provide patient education and support, as well as collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care for our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with physical impairments.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Educate patients and families about physical therapy treatments and safety.
- Provide physical therapy services to geriatric patients.
- Assist in the development of rehabilitation plans for patients with chronic conditions.
- Provide patient education on proper use of assistive devices and safety precautions.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly.
