Our priority is to help our clients live a healthy, active life and do the things they enjoy the most. We are the women’s health physical therapy experts and treat common pelvic floor issues during pregnancy, postpartum, menopause and everything in between. In addition, we also offer small group exercise classes, run video analysis, and functional health services. Locations in Hales Corners and Wauwatosa.

Position Summary: The Physical Therapist position at our Wauwatosa location provides high-quality, personalized and evidence-based treatment with a strong emphasis on manual therapy in the women’s health setting. Treatment is provided as out-of-network in order to provide the clients with the care you feel is most appropriate. The ideal candidate would have exceptional communication skills, a desire to provide quality treatment to clients, strong attention to detail, and intermediate to advanced manual skills and pelvic floor skills.

Primary Responsibilities:
● Develop care plans using a variety of treatment techniques
● Create fitness and wellness programs tailored to patient’s specific needs
● Provide quality, personalized and evidence-based care and interventions
● Motivate patients to during treatment in order to help them function optimally
● Document patient care services in a timely and efficient manner
● Consult and practice cohesively with other health professionals
● Customer service including greeting clients, answering phones and email
● Sales conversion via phone, email and in-person consultations
● Participation in marketing tasks including, but not limited to, blog posts, video content, social media, and events
● Assisting with cleaning of patient exam rooms including linens and disinfecting surfaces
● Assisting with scheduling and payment processing when needed

Skills and Experience:
● Valid Wisconsin physical therapist license
● Exceptional commitment to customer service and a sincere desire to help clients
● Outstanding communication (verbal and written), interpersonal, and organizational skills

● Ability to build relationships with clients, maintain confidentiality and show empathy and sensitivity for difficult topics

● Strong skillset of manual therapy techniques and willingness to learn and perfect those
● Strong interest in women’s health PT with pelvic floor level 1 completed preferably
● Comfortable working with pregnant and postpartum clients as well as trauma survivors
● Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Office 365, and

Google Drive equivalent services
● Working knowledge of iPhone and iPad technology
● Must be comfortable using internet-based websites and applications; ability to learn the current scheduling system and computing technologies
● Strong attention to detail; demonstrate flexible and efficient time management.
● Organized, flexible, able to prioritize and to work on multiple tasks at the same time; able to problem solve independently and collaboratively
● Flexibility in working in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions

Physical Demands:
Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
Must reach, bend, stoop, lift throughout the day
Must sit, walk, stand throughout the day
Some repetitive motion may be required
