Experience & Requirements

• Completion of an accredited program in phlebotomy technology.
• Minimum of one-year phlebotomy experience.
• Current CPR Certification.

A background check, security clearance and drug screening are required for this role.

Responsibilities

Below is a list of your responsibilities as a Phlebotomist with YesCare :

• Collect, prepare and protect specimen.
• Process specimen for shipment to appropriate labs.
• Perform calibrations and maintain reference standards to ensure accurate results for tests.
• Respond to emergencies and/or critical incidents.
• Evaluate and make recommendations regarding new laboratory services and procedures.
• Maintain proper records and documentation of tests and complete required reports.
• Maintain a clean and orderly working environment consistent with Universal Precautions and other applicable infection control standards.
• Adhere to safety and security policies and procedures.
