Pharmacy Operations Manager
HealthCare Support is currently seeking a Pharmacy Operations Manager to fill an opening with a leading healthcare organization in Woodridge, IL.
The ideal candidate will have the following requirements for Pharmacy Operations Manager
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy
- Clear and active Pharmacist license in the state of IL
- Out of State License works, will assist with acquiring IL license
- 5+ years of pharmacy experience
- 2-5+ years of pharmacy leadership experience from any setting
- Must have Home Infusion experience
- "Clean room management" experience is a huge plus!
- Up to $145k Compensation

- Overseeing overall operational and financial performance of one or more pharmacy locations.
- Assisting with development of budgeting and managing profit and loss statement
- Maintaining Customer Experience standards of care to provide high-quality patient care and excellent service
- Setting performance expectations, optimizing staff productivity, managing production and performance, setting staff schedules appropriate for business volume and activity trends,
- Schedule:
- Monday-Friday 8:30 am-5:00 pm
