Pharmacy Customer Service Job at Wellness Compounding Pharmacy
We have an opening for a full-time staff in customer service. Position is M-F 9:00am - 5:35pm with a 30 minute lunch.
This position functions as pharmacy clerk with all duties. Some days will be spent working on over-the-counter vitamin stocking, receiving freight, running the register, and calling or texting patients to let them know their Rx is ready. Other days will be spent answering inbound calls and writing up refill requests when our patients call for refills, organizing pickup times and other typical pharmacy clerk duties including scanning, filing, light cleaning, and doing what's necessary to ensure the pharmacy is running smoothly. We are looking for someone with a professional, friendly attitude and strong teamwork and multitasking skills who can take care of details accurately.
Pharmacy experience preferred. Prior retail experience a minimum. Will train if we find the right person, but pharmacy and/or retail experience preferred. Competitive pay is dependent on pharmacy and retail experience. We have an IRA-based retirement program, paid time off, and health insurance for full-time employees.
Initial and ongoing drug screen required. Covid-19 vaccination required.
