Job Purpose:

The successful Service Manager Candidate will possess the following abilities and will be responsible for:

• The Service Manager is responsible for leading the recurring service team and assisting in recruiting, training, and development of technicians within their branch.
• Assist with directing the service, routing and scheduling functions of your branch to provide quality service to customers and achieve branch performance objectives.
• Conduct on-going training in customer service skills, technical and safety policies,
• Evaluate quality of service provided to customers, develop procedures to minimize customer complaints, increase customer retention
• Weekly technician ride-alongs and ongoing training
• Exceptional People Development skills, with a proven track record of leadership development of others, to include field evaluations, addressing coaching opportunities and training
• Inspirational leadership skills, with experience in delivering customer retention results, with development of a motivated team dedicated to improvement of Customer Service and Retention, through continual training, and follow through on our commitment
