Our trainers provide customized fitness programs to our members while educating and guiding them on proper nutrition, training, and attaining a healthier lifestyle. Personal Trainer Expectations and Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of anatomy, advanced exercise prescription, & nutrition
- Ability to motivate others to improve their overall fitness and health
- Desire to help clients reach their health and fitness goals
- Ability to conduct fitness assessments

Position Requirements
- Active Certified Personal Trainer Certification OR Degree in Kinesiology or Exercise Science
- Active CPR/AED Certification
- Exhibits sales skills with a specific focus on attaining & retaining clients
- Strong business acumen
- Supplementation knowledge
