An established CEO is seeking a talented Personal Assistant to support them across their business and personal life. This is a fast-paced role, and the ideal candidate will be exceptionally detail-oriented and organized at all times.
To apply, a minimum of two years of experience supporting a busy executive, in a personal assistant capacity is required. This role will be based out of the CEO’s business, where you will work closely with the CEO, alongside the team. Candidates must be flexible, highly motivated, excellent with taking notes, use of QuickBooks, phone and email etiquette and polished. There is plenty of room to grow in this role, as the CEO is seeking someone to stay with the company long term. Availability after hours and on weekends for needs as they arise are required. The company CEO is very respectful of your time. This is a true personal assistant role, and we are seeking someone who can roll up their sleeves to jump in and help however needed.
Duties will include:
· Schedule meetings and appointments
· Working closely with the CEO to keep all things across business organized at all times.
· Running personal errands as needed.
· Assisting with business/personal organizational projects as needed.
· Ordering items and keeping the business stocked with food, supplies, and other requested items.
·Business: meeting/managing vendors, managing staff, daily walkthroughs, accepting deliveries, and much more.
· Scheduling maintenance and repair work, and supervising.
· Handling of bills, files, and other personal administrative duties.
· Keeping all accounts (wifi, TV provider, gate codes, etc.) organized and updated.
· More as needed
Qualifications
High school or equivalent (Required)
Personal assistant experience: 5 years
Day Shift (Required)
Driver's License (Required)
US work authorization (Required)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Adelanto, CA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Microsoft Powerpoint: 1 year (Preferred)
- Microsoft Excel: 3 years (Preferred)
