Permit Specialist
$18-$21/hr

THE BIG TASK
The HVAC Permit Specialist will be responsible for helping support the HVAC Engineering team, particularly in the areas of filing for permits, scheduling inspections for clients, and coordinating with Job Costing for payment on all completed work.

What Will I Do?
- Filing for HVAC permits for 3 branches (IND, CIN, LOU) with WCA Group, LLC.
- Work closely with the Job Costing Specialist for payment of all permits.
- Coordinate Inspections after installation by means of reaching out to clients and inspectors and tracking the inspections until they are all complete.
- Closing of permits once an inspection has been completed.
- Communicate with the Job Costing Specialist and HVAC Install Manager with any issues that arise as means to prevent the permitting process. ie: expired licensing, outdated certificates of insurance, or bonds.
- Additional responsibilities may be added.

- Excellent written and verbal communication.
