Position: Payroll Specialist
Location: Arizona (Remote)
Duration: 06+ 12 months + Extendable
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Payroll Tax Analyst Remote role, prefers Tempe
- Reconcile payroll cash general ledger account utilizing Workday payroll records and One Source Virtual tax portal details
- Review and reconcile payroll tax liabilities and payments to ensure accuracy and validity
- Research outstanding unreconciled payroll tax or cash related items and propose resolution
- Document processes related to cash and tax recon Must have 3-5 years of payroll tax related experience, and related general ledger reconciliation knowledge.
- Some Workday knowledge/experience is preferred, as is experience with 3rd party tax payer processed (ADP, One Source Virtual, Alight)
